What you do isn't the point, it's who you are in what you do that matters
"So, William, what do you know about the nuclear industry?"
Yes, I was asked this. I get asked something like this during most pitch meetings. My answer is always the same:
I know about humans. And I'm a quick learner.
KEYS - An identity and team dynamics revolution
I activate you with this tool: we will explore how you see things through your unique blend of lenses, focus areas, gifts, talents and values. Rather than Jungian psychology which defines you by your behaviour, KEYS reveals how you improve functionality within a team, which helps inform what you do, how you do it, and why.
Using this tool, you can explore what your lenses are, what you focus those lenses on, how you work this out through systems, processes, tasks, etc., and what motivating values underpin everything.
More than any other personality assessment tool I’ve come across, KEYS brings such clarity to who you are and how you function. I am also in the process of being able to train the trainer for KEYS.

Someone like you -
Doing KEYS with William Thompson was both validating and eye-opening. Doing it with my business partner has given us a new depth of understanding and a shared language for what we bring to the table…we also saw what is missing and therefore needs attention.
Time spent doing this with William has brought more clarity personally and in work. I felt heard, seen, supported. His gentle encouragement and enthusiasm made it a really enjoyable experience.

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni.
I see Lencioni's theories on ensuring team results are attained, rather than just individual ones, as a breath of fresh air in every company I explore them with. If you are unaware of his principles, I'd urge you to read his books.
Basically, you need healthy conflict in your business, which is only possible in an environment of trust. Healthy conflict leads to challenge and accountability, which hold people to the vision, and to achieving team results rather than just settling for meeting their own KPIs / OKRs
